A variety of decorative glass options, including those shown below and others, are available to meet the unique needs of each project. Tempered or laminated glazing is available in Frosted, Obscure, Gray, or Bronze Tint.

Featuring a unique and minimalist design with square corners and vertical slide locks, Modern door hardware minimizes visual distraction and maintains sleek sightlines. All fasteners are stainless steel, and a multi-point lock engages when the door is closed for a secure lock and tight seal from top to bottom. Choose from keyed or non-keyed locking and finger pulls for units that are pocketed into the wall for access to panels when the door is open.

Available with a convenient sliding screen made from Marvin Bright View™ mesh — a fiberglass screen mesh that provides improved airflow and more natural light while keeping insects out. Bright View repels water and resists dirt and grime for a sharp, clear view.

Achieve a unique aesthetic with divided lites on any Modern window or door. Select from a variety of customizable patterns, available on both dual pane and triple pane products.

Paired with aluminum SDL bars on the exterior of the glass, an aluminum spacer bar is installed between the glass. Available in ⅞" and 1-⅛" widths and five colors.

The 2-⅞" Simulated Frame, also with black spacer bars, features an aluminum interior and High-Density Fiberglass exterior. It can be combined with ⅞" or 1-⅛" SDL bars in Simulated Rail Rectangular, Simulated Rail Prairie 6, Simulated Rail Prairie 9, and Simulated Frame patterns.

Simulated divided lites are available in a selection of pre-designed patterns.

The fiberglass-reinforced Ultrex^® sill runs in a single, continuous piece up to 20' no matter what door size or configuration you select. This uninterrupted sill eases installation by removing the need to splice the sill on the job site. It also eliminates the potential for water to seep through any seams. A water management and weep system is integrated into the performance sill. This integrated system allows water to efficiently exit through weep holes to the exterior, keeping water directed to the outside of the home. The performance sill provides two tracks, for interior and exterior panels, and an integrated track for the top hung screen — all seamless to eliminate debris collection areas on the sill.
