"Creating an innovative workplace starts with investing in people,” said Renee Rice, vice president of human resources at Marvin. “Whether through leadership development, technical training, coaching, or career growth opportunities, we're committed to helping employees reach their full potential. When people continue to learn and grow, innovative ideas naturally follow."
