Marvin Shares Profits with Employees at 2025 Annual Meeting
Manufacturer recognizes growth milestones and long-term aspirations at the close of a significant year
WARROAD, Minn. (Dec. 18, 2025) — Marvin, a 113-year-old premium manufacturer of windows and doors, today held its annual meeting and announced its 2025 profit sharing to the company’s almost 9,000 employees.
This year’s meeting was held via live broadcast from Marvin’s Warroad, Minn., headquarters, where nearly 2,000 employees gathered in-person. Celebrations at Marvin’s locations across the U.S. brought together the majority of its remaining 7,000 employees for localized festivities and a livestream of the Warroad gathering.
“After a year marked by momentum and growth, Marvin remains a strong and healthy company and we are focused on an even stronger 2026,” said Marvin CEO and fourth-generation family member Paul Marvin. “We’re well-positioned thanks to our efforts to build advocates who trust and recommend our products every day. While we faced external headwinds this past year, we moved forward and we took share while enhancing our customers’ experience with Marvin in impactful ways."
During the meeting, attendees also reflected on the opening of Marvin’s new 400,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Kansas City, Kan., a state-of-the-art space that demonstrates Marvin’s continued capacity for growth with expanding market demand, and the opening of its newest distribution center in Windsor, Conn.
Additional accomplishments in 2025 included continued product innovation to meet the demand for premium windows and doors with the launch of the Marvin Vivid Collection, a boldly innovative line engineered in collaboration with trade professionals to offer unmatched design flexibility with expansive sizes and exceptional performance.
This year, the company’s Brighter Days Fund, an employer-matched employee assistance fund, surpassed $1 million in donated funds to support employees in need. Throughout the year, hundreds of employees also supported 200 community organizations across Marvin’s footprint with volunteer efforts and donations.
“I’m proud of all we’ve accomplished in 2025, but I’m even more optimistic about what’s to come. I’m confident that as a result of this year’s focus Marvin is poised to continue to grow our value and customer centricity while maintaining the purpose-driven, values-based culture that has always driven us,” said Paul Marvin.
Founded in 1912, Marvin instituted profit sharing in 1957. Today, Paul Marvin announced that more than $13.7 million in profits would be shared among 8,131 eligible employees across all Marvin locations this year. Full-time employees with more than 1,500 hours worked received a minimum of $1,354 up to nearly $4,231, depending on length of service with the company.
Twenty-five percent of Marvin’s profit-sharing pool was distributed based on employee length of service, further recognizing employee commitment to Marvin. Nearly 15 percent of Marvin employees have been employed at the company for 20 years or more.
Over Marvin’s 68-year profit sharing program, the company has shared more than $427 million with employees.
