So Much Growth!

Marvin is partnering with the city of Warroad to support the development of 300 new housing units in over three years. New apartments, town homes, and single-family homes opened in 2024.

Restaurants, Businesses + More

Living local is easy to do in Warroad, with several stores, restaurants, and businesses serving the community. The charming community welcomes Lake of the Woods enthusiasts throughout the year.

New Childcare Center

The Warroad Community Childcare Center opened in September of 2024. It serves more than 100 children from birth to school age. The center provides intergenerational programming.

New Arts, Culture + Events Center

Warroad RiverPlace, an arts, culture, and events center, opened in October of 2024. Community members across the region can connect and engage with performing arts, theater, visual arts, culinary arts, and more.

The Future is Bright

Warroad Public Schools welcomes preschoolers to 12th grade. There are a variety of educational programs including Robotics, Speech, and Performance Arts to name a few. In addition, there are several youth athletic programs, from basketball to hockey, trap shooting to golfing, and more.


Northland Community and Technical College, in partnership with Marvin, offers a mechatronics program in Warroad. The first-of-its-kind education opportunity is a pathway to a career in advanced manufacturing automation.


Children of active, full-time Marvin employees who have worked at least one year at any company location can apply for a scholarship through the Marvin Scholarship Program.
