Training

Marvin is very self-sufficient. If we need something and it doesn't exist, we create it. And that's what we've done to bring college degrees and post-secondary educational opportunities to Marvin. Northern Lights University is a partnership between Marvin and surrounding colleges and universities offering both bachelors and applied associate of science degrees. To off-set costs, our tuition reimbursement program helps finance business-related continuing education.

New to the job? Don't worry. On-the-job training is provided for many of the manufacturing positions. Experienced, well-trained individuals who know the job inside and out, will assure that everyone gets a good start.
