Engineering/R&D - Grafton, ND; Currently, our Grafton, ND facility has an opportunity for a Controls Engineer Technician on the second shift, starting at 3:30 pm (10hrs M-Th with some Fri OT).
The Controls Technician will program, maintain, diagnose and repair production and facility equipment and systems; custom design and build automated machinery controls; assemble and install mechanical and electrical components; and assist in layouts and control logistics.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 2 years work experience in automated controls and electromechanical systems.
- 2 year technical degree or diploma in a related field
- Excellent teamwork skills, demonstrated decision making and problems solving ability.
- Ability to use programming languages for PLC and VFD
