The Bailey Residence Kitchen

To accommodate a growing family, owner and architect Ann Sellars Lathrop led the renovation of Bailey Residence. The roof was raised to create larger bedrooms and bathrooms, the kitchen and dining room were flipped to increase functionality through adjacency, a garage bay was converted to a mudroom/powder room/laundry area and a new front entry was improved with the addition of a front porch.
