Originally designed for a couple, the scope of this house quickly changed when the homeowners discovered they would soon become a small family. Square footage could not be increased, but the layout was thoughtfully configured for maximum space. The resulting interior utilizes every foot of the split-level home to its fullest. Marvin windows enhanced the feeling of openness throughout the house, bringing extra light inside while offering outdoor views from almost every angle. The wood framing added subtle texture, which helped to make the finished home feel balanced and uncramped.
