This home was designed and constructed in parallel with the rebirth of Cleveland, Ohio. Being fond of Prairie Style design, the homeowner wanted to achieve a modern adaptation of it. The result was a radical departure from the traditional homes of the surrounding community. Large expanses of Marvin windows bring light in from all angles, while opening up an expansive, 180-degree rear view of the water and skyline. Marvin Ultimate Casement windows brought the walls of glass to life without using a commercial curtain wall system. Complementing those, continuous transoms on each level of the house accentuate the horizontal lines throughout the structure.
