The National Association of Manufacturers’ (NAM) Manufacturing Leadership Council focuses on the intersection of critical business and technology issues that will drive growth today and in the future. At the Council’s annual Rethink Summit and Awards Gala, Marvin was recognized as a finalist in the award program’s Transformational Business Cultures category. Marvin’s submission, “Driven by Purpose, Guided by Values – A Framework for the Next 110 Years and Beyond” detailed the company’s multi-year journey to refine and activate the company’s purpose and values.
