Qualified Remodeler covered the story of a charming but less-than-functional home in St. Paul, MN in need of substantial updates to better fit the needs of the homeowners. One priority of the renovation was creating space for the family of skiers to store its equipment. That meant carving out a closet, and in turn re-imagining the entire floor plan of the home. Combining the kitchen, sunroom and dining room with arched openings, and integrating a new Marvin window greatly opened up the space and allowed better flow throughout the home.
