Marvin Windows and Doors Featured in Maine Home + Design

Check out Maine Home + Design‘s story about a home designed for a nature-loving couple. Having built a house from the ground up before, Martha and Irwin knew exactly what they wanted the second time around – as well as how involved they wanted to be in the planning and execution of the build. A major consideration in the home’s design was its connection to the outdoors. The couple wanted sunlight to flood in, which was achieved with Marvin windows and a wall of sliding doors. To enhance the view of the garden, where Irwin raises and tags monarch butterflies, the homeowners decided to separate the “porch” from the main house to enjoy the scenery from all angles.
