Savannah Magazine told about the strategy involved with placing a home on a challenging lot. While previous owners were baffled by the pie-shaped footprint, Libby and Steven Price rose to the challenge with their team of builders and architects. Careful placement of the home allows it to nestle between the trees, in view of the Intra Coastal Waterway.

The interior of the home is bright and airy with lots of crisp white and pops of glamorous marble and polished nickel. To enhance the brightness of the space, Marvin windows allow sunlight to flood into every room.
