Design Renegades

Gray Magazine featured Marvin Signature™ Modern in its August/September "Design Renegades" issue. Marvin's Kris Hanson, Director of Group Product Manager, shared some insights on Modern. He explained the trade-off customers frequently experience between modern design and optimal thermal performance, and how Marvin Modern delivers both.

"Our solution was a high-density pultruded fiberglass we developed for the frame [that features] the strength of other metals but not the same thermal conductivity," Hanson said. "Having a material solution that's inherently thermally efficient is a significant enabler for the Marvin Modern line."
