Company Uses Street Fair Crowd to Recruit New Hires

Marvin showed up at the Downtown Fargo Street Fair eager to meet potential new hires face to face. Within the first two hours of the weekend-long event, Marvin had made a few job offers. “We are literally doing interviews on site,” said Chris Barta, Marvin Senior Director of Operations. Over the course of the weekend, Marvin offered an incentive to street fair attendees to fill out applications, all in an overall hiring effort to increase staff at its Fargo facility and grow company awareness.
