Marvin offers a Sentry II motorized operator on awning units.  This motorized operator will limit the opening of the sash to 80% of the full sash operation.

Awning units are also available with a self-locking feature called Op-O-Lock.  It will unlock by cranking the window handle before moving the window sash.  The opposite is true when closing.  This feature is ideal for units equipped with the Sentry II motorized operating device to avoid the need for manual locking.  If that unit is also equipped with the Sentry II, the sash travel will be reduced to 80% of the total travel with Op-O-Lock.
