Major Roles/Functional Responsibilities

60% Research, Prepare and Configure Product Rules in the PMU

  • Evaluate Complexity and Prioritize Tasks as Assigned
  • Research Product Pricing, Limitations and General Rules
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts to Confirm Requirements
  • Engineer and Program Pricing, Limitations and General Rules by Expected Due Dates

20% Testing and Work Item Resolution

  • Self Test as a User all Work Items Implemented in PMU
  • Research and Implement Work Item Fixes
  • Resolve Work Items and Perform Validation Testing
  • Research and Create Appropriate Work Items for Found Issue

10% Provide Technical Support

  • Perform Reviews of TH Scripts and Spreadsheets for Check-Ins
  • Provide User Training as Requested
  • Support Internal Staff as Requested


10% Miscellaneous Assignments

  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement
  • Provide Required Metrics as Requested

Qualifications:

  • 2 Year Degree or Equivalent Experience with Engineering, IT or Related Logical Problem Solving Discipline
  • Problem Solving Discipline
