This Minnetonka, MN home was built in 1987 and after 25 years the original owners decided it was time to make some drastic upgrades. Main floor ceilings were raised from 8ft to 10ft. All casement windows were replaced with double hungs. Large gabled exterior addition features a wraparound deck with floor to ceiling windows and matching patio doors. Because of egress difficulties in the basement casements were used with horizontal mullions to give lower level windows the look of the double hungs.
