Exterior renovations returned this historical gem to it’s original beauty as a large area of the deteriorated masonry façade was removed and reinstated with the reclamation of existing brick. Exterior improvements included a new roof, concrete walks and drives, and a new ADA compliant ramp to the front entrance. The largest exterior enhancement was the installation of new thermally insulated glass replacement windows to match the existing historic window configuration.
