The existing front bay window was in need of repair and didn't allow for exterior access and the "front porch" living the homeowner was looking for. The bay was replaced with a small addition including Ultimate Swinging French Doors leading to a new outdoor space. A second floor French door was also added for access from the master bedroom to a spacious balcony. The new metal eyebrow roof echoes the original arched brick detail and provides protection for the 2nd floor door and windows.
