This extension and renovation of the second floor was to accommodate a new expanded master bedroom and bathroom as well as the relocated laundry room and a large walk-in closet. The over-sized marble shower had multiple showering options and a custom wall mosaic. A trayed ceiling with indirect lighting and quartersawn white oak flooring highlights the master bedroom. Besides the second floor addition another priority of the client was an expansive front porch.
