Modern Monday: Prefab Home

Mluxe

Prefab homes are becoming increasingly more popular among homeowners for their contemporary aesthetic and energy efficiency. This prefab house in Washington’s Puget Sound was ultra-customized to meet the client’s needs. Large windows were added to bring in natural light, transom windows to maximize airflow and the bathroom was even reconfigured to include a freestanding tub inside the shower.

Every aspect of this house – from the light interior to the cedar siding – was tailor-made for the clients. We love every aspect of the house, especially the view the floor-to-ceiling windows provide.
