The New York Times recently featured one of our Marvin Architects Challenge entries from the historic district of Kinderhook. Homeowner Sigrid Gray moved to the Hudson Valley village from Brooklyn in 2012, with the hope of finding a new home with “grounds that would challenge her.” She purchased a 1,500-square-foot residence, sitting on less than a fifth of an acre of land, with the original intention to focus on gardening and only freshen up the kitchen. This small renovation turned into a complete transformation with help from architect James Dixon and Marvin windows. See how Marvin windows transformed this garden home here.
