Jennifer Lopez's former mansion in Miami hits the market for $40M
Aug 29, 2012 by John Kirchner
According to The Richest, do-it-all entertainer Jennifer Lopez has a net worth of over $250 million, including $52 million in earnings in the past year alone. Astonishing numbers, to be sure, which is why Lopez was able to sell a home like the one pictured above back in 2005 for just $13.9 million.
Why “just”? Because Lopez’s old Miami mansion is back on the market, this time for a whopping $40 million. You could barely fill South Beach with the number of mansions that have appreciated more than 200 percent through the housing slump. Too bad Lopez let this one go.
According to Zillow, this gorgeous mansion features a sweeping spiral staircase and tiled foyer near the entrance. Arches, beamed vaulted ceilings and dark wood floors create a Spanish rustic feel. Ample outdoor entertainment spaces offer breathtaking ocean views. At $40 million, this mansion is worth nearly every penny.
It’s not too late to buy it back, Jennifer.
