We would change every window and door in the house with more energy efficient ones. Add bifold doors to bring the outside in and make our house more for entertaining. Just overall more green and efficient

Add rigid insulation to the exterior of the house. Add an air to air heat exchanger and tighten up envelope further. Add solar hot water and radiant floor heating system. If there is still some money left look at replacing the sliding and French doors on the north side of the house.

Absolutely need new basement windows. Tired, tired, tired of having to change out screens and storm windows. It would be wonderful to have at least one egress window in the basement also.

Two grandparents that struggled all our life. Now we are foster grandparents. We have been wanting to remodel our house, but finance kept stopping us especially when I been getting laid off & on because of this economy. Hope to win this makeover sweepstakes to help remodel our house which is long over do. Cold breeze in the winter last 25 years in this same broken down old 1926 house.
