Responsibilities include:
  • Providing professional, courteous and timely responses to customer inquiries; must be able to compose professional letters and e-mails and gather complete, accurate information to help in the decision making process
  • Providing product and warranty information to co-workers, distributors, dealers, builders and homeowners; understand warranty guidelines and Marvin service programs; learn to identify product features on new and obsolete products
  • Utilizing the Marvin systems (ICIM, Siebel, Order Management System, Print Book Viewer, Imaging and On-line Docs) to document information, research, and validate order information; use Microsoft Outlook and Task Manager to manage tasks and assist in follow through

Requirements include:

  • 2-year degree or equal experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiating and problem solving skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Door and window product knowledge
  • Knowledge of the building industry

Hours: 9:00 - 6:00 Mon.-Fri. w/1 hour lunch
