Information Systems - Fargo, ND;
Responsible for investigating and resolving hardware and software problems, researching, planning, upgrading, procuring, installing, troubleshooting and maintaining all information/operation system equipment including computers, phones, printers, bar code scanners and network equipment. Candidates will participate in special projects, work with service vendors, training system users, and assist in rotating on-call process for after hours/weekend support.
Two-year computer and network support-related degree is required. Candidate must have excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills and two years of related work experience.
A+ certification is preferred.
