Tilt Turn and Hopper Windows

General Care

Occasionally use a silicone spray lubricant on the hinges and locking mechanism to keep operation smooth. Be careful not to allow oil to come in contact with window surfaces. Occasionally check to see if the sill area is dirty or clogged. If so, clean out with a vacuum. Interior and exterior finishes can be cared for in the same manner as any other Marvin window or door.

The Tilt-Turn and Hopper windows feature hardware that operates based on intricate mechanisms. Because Tilt-Turn and Hopper Window mechanisms are so complicated, and because these window types are often very large in size, please contact a Marvin retailer to perform maintenance or service.
