No more visible fasteners when the unit is closed and locked yields an unmatched sleek and clean appearance. StormPlus Double Hungs offer an interlocking checkrail system for added strength, reinforced frames and laminated glass, annealed exterior pane standard (tempered available as an option). Available in clad and wood, Rectangles, and Round Top. With frame-to-frame mulling certified on most sizes, these windows offer expansive views while helping to protect against the nastiest storms and achieve a DP +55/-65.
The StormPlus IZ4 10' Outswing Wood French Door
This massive 6'x10' 2-1/4" Outswing Wood French door has been tested by Miami-Dade County, meeting or exceeding the country's toughest codes for air infiltration, uniform static air pressure, water resistance, large missile impact test, cyclic wind pressure loading and forced entry test. When storms come knocking, don't answer the door.

All species are available FSC-certified, including tropical hardwoods Cedro Macho and Mahogany. All species except tropical hardwoods are available SFI-certified.

StormPlus products meet ENERGY STAR requirements in all four regions, thanks to attributes like our abundant use of wood, a natural insulator, as well as high performance glass such as our LoĒ²-240®, LoĒ²-272®, or LoĒ²-366® glass, which reduces cooling costs by controlling solar heat gain.
