Brattleboro Food Co-Op Double Hung and Casement Windows
The Brattleboro Co-Op building is a unique synergy of “good ideas”: Locally grown food, and Energy Efficient Affordable Housing. Located at one of the busiest intersections in Southern Vermont, this land has formerly been used as a Hotel, a Lumber Mill, a Factory, and even an Ice Cream Shop. The idea for the Co-Op was developed by The Windam & Windsor Trust (non profit) in the hopes of providing affordable, yet durable and energy efficient, modern living spaces that would renew downtown Brattleboro. The Food Co-Op on the ground level thrives, while the residents on the floors above enjoy an urban lifestyle.
