Net Zero. LEED Certified. Passive House. Can all be a bit confusing, right?  Well, even if you don’t fully understand all of the technical differences between these terms, you likely know that they all focus around one thing—building a home that is more energy efficient.

“Green” building has been around since the 70’s, so while the concept isn’t new, it is one that is getting extra attention as homeowners become further educated about the topic and continue to seek out products that can make their homes more sustainable and comfortable.
