Top 10 Place to Live

For the past three years Livability has ranked the best small to mid sized cities in the United States. To garner the list, more than 2,000 cities with populations between 20,000 and 350,000 were ranked, and over 40 data points were considered.

Leading the list is Minnesota’s Rochester – which has made a steady rise to the top since being ranked seventh in 2014 and second in 2015. New scores for Rochester’s schools, civil engagement, health-care scene and, most notably, its diverse range of affordable housing, pushed it to the top spot, reports Livability.
