Marvin Windows and Doors built the Grafton facility in 1997 to help expand our ability to meet customer needs and capacity. Currently there are more than 500 full-time employees in Grafton.

The Grafton factory's machines and processes are similar to those in Warroad, but everything is in one 256,000 square foot building.

Beginning with Round Top production, adding the entire Glider line and most recently Clad Ultimate Double Hung, Grafton has helped meet the ever-changing needs of Marvin Windows and Doors.

Training

New to the job? Don't worry. On-the-job training is provided for many of the manufacturing positions. Experienced, well-trained individuals who know the job inside and out, will ensure that everyone gets a good start.

As skills and experience develop, employees may choose to apply for open positions throughout the company. Many aggressive individuals have already built their careers and many more will continue to grow their talents while working at Marvin Windows and Doors of Grafton.

Grafton has an excellent Tuition Assistance Program in partnership with Park University, Lake Region College, and Central Michigan University for employees who are interested in furthering their education.
